WRK404 - Creating Approval Processes using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps

In the land of officialism, the adaptable approval process is king. To understand the multitude of approval processes emanating from various business units, and have the ability to implement the most efficient solutions, is a highly sought skill set. A major component of this skill set is the understanding of available technology and maximally focusing it on creating solutions. This workshop utilizes Power Automate and Power Apps to forge your abilities in successfully implementing approval processes. To understand the approval process capabilities of Power Automate and PowerApps, we will start by detailing the standard out of the box approval process offered by Power Automate. After understanding the possibilities of Power Automate’s approval process, the workshop will add the concept of integrating this approval process with Power Apps. With Power Apps providing a solid base for the user’s experience, we gain the ability to dynamically change this experience as the approval process advances. Once these concepts have been assimilated, the advanced concept of a custom approval process will be explored. This concept will illuminate the process for creating custom approvals that allow an extremely large variation of business requirements. This workshop, while detailing the technical parameters of the above approval process concepts, will also explain the latitude in which these processes are best implemented.

WRK700 - Process Mapping/Management Workshop by Nintex

If you struggle with the following, we encourage you to attend this workshop: Do you struggle with having clear understanding of line of business activity? Continuous improvement of implemented solutions? Compliance and risk mitigation? Clarity is vital if IT is going to maximize the effectiveness of automation solutions and minimize the effort involved in implementing them. In this workshop, we’ll show you an easier way to collect business requirements, as well as show you how to save time in scoping, validating and bringing the line of business on board so you can automate right for the first time, and you can focus on developing systems, not managing data and time wasted with “back and forth” business requirements. Details : • Bring the line of business on board: Save time and effort scoping how the business should work, and take process capture and refinement out of IT’s way. Put it into the hands of the process experts and concentrate on the efficiencies they can help identify. • Take the hard work out of automation: Identify and track opportunities for automation through custom tagging and see at a glance where systems interact with business processes. Easily pinpoint where system changes will impact the organization, and track the benefit of improvements with detailed reporting. Because the processes are managed by the line of business, reduce the need for costly re-working from automating under-developed processes. Build on success: Nintex Promapp is one part of the wider Nintex solution suite. Leverage no-code automation solutions powerful enough for enterprise applications to handle digital workflows, intelligent forms and document generation, e-signatures, RPA and process intelligence analytics.
