Sponsors are allotted 2 booth workers per day. Register your booth staff here.
If you would like additional staff at your booth, you can purchase additional passes at $60 per person per day.

VIP Attendees

If your sponsorship qualifies for VIP passes, you will receive an email with special VIP codes to give to your customers. VIP passes are for customers only and are not intended for your employees.

Your free VIP customer passes are ONLY valid for the 3-Day Conference “Gold” Pass.  VIPs can purchase the Workshop Day(s) separately through the event site.

Electricity and WiFi

Electricity will be provided to each sponsor; however, it will be limited to 5 amps. If additional power is required, we must be notified prior to the event and additional charges will apply. Sponsors are responsible for any power strips or extension cords they may need.

Free WiFi is provided by the convention center. The connectivity speed is up to 768k up/down.

If you need something more robust, you can select the Exhibitor Internet instead (connectivity speeds up to 1.54Mbps up/down, 5 GHz wireless frequency only), 3 days for $159.99. Or you can order something else through Smart City, the wifi provider.

 

Prizes for Drawings

All sponsors must provide a prize for the sponsor prize giveaways. The Prize Drawing using the will take place during the lunch break on the last day of the conference.

Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, April 14, 2020 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Exhibitor Hours:

  • Wednesday, April 15, 2020 -  10:50 am - 7:00 pm
  • Thursday, April 16, 2020 -  8:00 am - 4:20 pm
  • Friday, April 17, 2020 -  8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Exhibitor Tear Down: Friday, April 17, 2020 1:20 pm

(Please do not tear down until this time, as it will be very disruptive to the attendees)

 

At the Conference

Speakers and booth workers’ credentials will be at your booth the morning of the first conference day.  Anyone without credentials once the event begins must visit the registration table or they will not be allowed access to the event.

Exhibits are integrated into the event flow to maximize traffic throughout the day and thus are open to attendees at all times throughout the event.

Please make sure that you have enough collateral available at your booths and plan on some heavy traffic!

Please make us aware (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) of any outside social events that you are hosting as I get requests from attendees, speakers, etc. very often.

Please plan on staying through the cocktail reception on Wednesday evening.

 

Badge Scanners

Lead scanning will be done via the SharePoint Fest app (Aventri).

Booth Selection

Booth selection with take place the week of March 2nd.  Sponsors will be contacted in the order of their Sponsorship level and the date of sponsorship.

 

Promoted Posts on the SharePoint Fest App - Due March 27th.

Our title and platinum sponsors have the opportunity to provide content for three promoted posts to be included in the SharePoint Fest app.

  • Each promoted post has a 140 character limit
  • You can include a 640x640 image and/or a URL
  • Each promoted post will be pinned to the top of the activity feed during breaks
  • The schedule for your promoted posts will be as follows:
    • April 15
    • April 16
    • April 17

Sponsor Booth Staff Attending the Conference

We allow our sponsor booth staff to attend regular conference sessions, although they must pay and register to attend the pre-conference workshops with your 15% promotional code as these are outside the scope of the conference days. Please be sure to register them through the conference registration web site as we will begin checking attendees in at each session room as they enter and those without credentials to attend will not be allowed. Each sponsor receives 2 booth staff as part of your sponsorship, additional booth staff will need to purchase their credentials to attend the regular conference sessions for $60/day
